Let me tell you, this was hands down the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had, and I’m sharing it as a serious warning. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I fell for their 'eligible for next day delivery' promise, paid the $19.95 fee, only to be told my order would take '3 business days.' This blatant disregard for their own claims, coupled with a completely automated customer service that made it impossible to get a straight answer, left me no choice but to try and speak with someone to demand a refund for the service I clearly wasn't getting.

Customer: I paid extra for next-day delivery, but my order email says it will take 3 business days. This is completely unacceptable, and I want a refund for that $19.95 delivery fee immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the discrepancy. Let me look into your order for you. Could you please provide your order number? Customer: My order number is [YOUR ORDER NUMBER HERE]. I've tried live chat and emailing, but all I get are bots or no response. It’s impossible to get human help here, which is why I'm so upset. You promised next-day, and you're not delivering. CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order details. It appears there was a processing delay that affected the delivery estimate. I have processed a full refund for the $19.95 next-day delivery fee, which should reflect in your account within 3-5 business days. We are actively working to improve our response times. Customer: That's a start, but it doesn't excuse the complete lack of human support. I had to pretend to place a new order just to talk to someone. This automated system is beyond frustrating.
