I spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses, and trying to fix it has been nothing short of infuriating. I've been trying for two days straight to talk to a human to get this issue resolved, but no luck! The return/exchange process is a complete mess; I never received the return label, and their “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received! This level of ineptitude at its finest has made me feel compelled to leave this review and demand a conversation with customer service because this is unacceptable, and I refuse to let this go unresolved.
Customer: "Hello? Is this actually a human? I've been trying for two days to get through to someone about an issue with my recent order, and I'm beyond frustrated!" CS Rep: "Yes, this is a human, and I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced reaching us. I understand how frustrating that must be. How can I assist you today?" Customer: "I ordered glasses for $372, and they arrived scratched. I tried to start a return/exchange, but your system is terrible. I never received the return label, and your 'bot' just keeps sending it to an email I don't seem to have access to. It’s a complete waste of my time!" CS Rep: "I'm so sorry to hear your glasses arrived damaged and that our automated system has caused you further distress. That is definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Let me pull up your order details with your order number, and I will personally ensure a correct return label is sent to your preferred email address immediately, and we can discuss the exchange process."
