I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery" for glasses with plano lenses, only to receive an email hours later saying my order would take "3 business days." This blatant discrepancy and the subsequent wall of automated services and unhelpful human interaction forced me to seek a resolution and leave this review.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery for my order, but my email now says it will take 3 business days. That's unacceptable, and I need that $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delivery timeframe not matching your expectation. I sincerely apologize for this discrepancy. Can I have your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: My order number is [Customer's Order Number]. Your site clearly stated "eligible for next-day delivery" when I checked out, and being charged for a service not provided is just wrong. CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order for plano lenses. You are absolutely right; if "next day delivery" was promised and charged for, you should receive it or a refund. I am very sorry for this error and the confusion. Customer: So, what are you going to do about the refund? I’ve tried to get through to someone for days, and this has been a frustrating experience.
