First they made my glasses with the lenses prescriptions flipped (left on right, right on left) then they couldn’t generate the glasses in a timely manner nor guarantee an estimated date in which I could receive tracking information, after weeks of emails and arguing with incompetent customer service I opted for a refund, now they’re running out of excuses to give me an exact date in which I can get my money back. Stick with your local optician!! First and last time I order eyeglasses online." While my experience wasn't nearly as disastrous—my lenses were perfectly correct, thankfully—her frustration with unhelpful, automated responses and difficulty getting clear information resonated with my own minor interaction. It seems the customer service aspect could definitely use some improvement to match the quality of their products.
